When will my order arrive?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Orders typically have a 2-3 day handling time before they are shipped. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, which will also be linked to your account for easy tracking. Delivery times vary based on your location, so please check your tracking info for updates.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging. For full details on our return policy, click [here].
Can I change or cancel my order?
We get orders out fast, so if you need to cancel or make changes, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After that, your order may already be in processing, and a restocking fee may apply. Reach out ASAP through our Contact Page and we’ll do our best to help!

Is there an age requirement to buy knives?
Yes — you must be at least 18 years old to purchase from KnifePlug.

Do you ship internationally?
